Define organizational behavior, discuss its purpose, as well as what it includes within an organization.

Organizational behavior is how employees work and interact within an organization. The purpose is to foster better employee relationships by accomplishing individual and organizations objectives as a whole. It includes behavior, how people deal with change, and an orgaizations management, leadership, and teams.

Identify and explain what an organization's foundation is based on. In addition, describe two steps an organization can take if they truly want to increase employee morale.

An organizations foundation is based on the overall philosophy, values, strategic vision, and the organizational goals. Two steps to increase employee morale are; finding out what employee needs, goals, and expectations are. Organizations should meet the basic needs first, then offer incentive programs. Also worth mentioning are fair policies, they should be enforced.

3. Explain what motivation is and the benefit for organizations to have motivated employees. In addition, identify and describe the most valuable asset an organization has and how they keep them motivated.

Motivation is the force that causes people to choose one behavior from other alternatives that are open to them. The most valuable asset an organization has is its employees. Employers keep them motivated by understanding that they are not all motivated equally and actively engage the employees to keep morale and productivity high. Offering better feedback, asking employees opinions, and compliment them for a job well done.
