Problem 1:Madam May May has to deal with an increasingly diverse group of workers in her department. Suggest ways on how she can manage diversity effectively in the work environment.

1.1 Diversity

Madam May May can use diversity concept in the work environment. It is because the concept of diversity includes acceptance and respect. It means understanding that each individual is special, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, age, class, ethnicity, gender, physical and mental ability, race, sexual orientation, spiritual practice, and public assistance status. It is about understanding each other and moving beyond simple tolerance to embracing and celebrating the rich dimensions of diversity contained within each individual. (Diane 2011)There are several ways how Madam May May can manage diversity effectively in the work environment.

1.1.1 The first ways on how Madam May May can manage diversity effectively in the work environment is spirit of cooperation with each other. The term cooperation refers to process of people working together to the same end so as to achieve a set target. (Gary 2011) Madam May May should develop the spirit of cooperation to employees in order to be more productive and increases the productivity of workers. So, employees will feel comfortable to the work environment and will become cooperate with each other. Besides that, Madam May May should assign based on the project group of employees that can increasing a teamwork and helping employees comprehend with each other, so that can accomplish things faster .(Mitchell 2013) As a result, the other companies will cooperate with our company because the other companies observe our employees are very united so, will be more trusted.
