Unimed has over the last 28years gradually emerged as a reputable healthcare company promoting and marketing specialized pharmaceutical finished formulations representing leading Indian Pharmaceutical manufactures viz Unique Pharmaceutical Labs, FDC Limited,

Aurobindo. The vision of my organization is to be provide quality medicines to Malaysian families at a reasonable price. My organization is functioning effectively because it has good fundamental and good management skills. Management effectiveness entails efficiency, which means reaching a destination with minimal cost. However for our business to grow and remain healthy we need to master certain basic skills in management and leadership – skills that will help you to avoid the crisis situations where you have to do “ whatever it takes to stay afloat. The basic skills include problem solving and decision making, planning, meeting management, delegation, communications and managing yourself. In my organization management effectiveness has played its role well in various aspects such as in communication, culture, decision making, benefits, career opportunities, technology and compensation.

Communication in organizations encompasses all the means, both formal and informal, by which information is passed up, down, and across the network of managers and employees in a business. These various modes of communication may be used to disseminate official information between employees and management, to exchange hearsay and rumors, or anything in between.
