Generation prices and charges are set by Sunwave during the term of your

Agreement. Sunwave is only responsible for electric generation charges.

Fixed. Your Generation price will be fixed for the Initial Term of your Agreement.

Your price as part of this Agreement comprises only the price associated with

electric generation portion of your utility bill.

Your service with Sunwave will be in effect for the Initial Term, which will begin on

your service start date, as deemed effective by the EDC, and take effect when

your account is successfully switched to Sunwave (“Start Date”). If you have

signed up for a Start Date that is within 10 business days of the start of your next

bill cycle, Sunwave cannot guarantee that your Agreement will start in that bill

cycle. You will receive a notice of successful enrollment with your EDC that

confirms the Start Date of your Agreement.

Yes. In the event that you cancel the Agreement during the Initial Term for any

reason after the rescission period and before the end of the Initial Term, you will

be subject to liquidated damages...
