A. Origin of the Report

This report has been assigned by the owner, Mr. Alam, of the “3 Star Restaurant” to find the areas needing improvement in this restaurant. As a business consultant, I am supposed to prepare the business report for Mr. Alam, which will help him to improve the weak area that needed to improve to make our service better.

B. Purpose of the Report

Purpose of the report is to improve the service of the restaurant. This report will help us to identify the areas needing improvement and to provide solutions on how to improve the services of this restaurant. Using this report the existing problems can be solved following the steps provided in this business report.

C. Scope of the Report

This report has been prepared only covering one major section, services of the restaurant. This report will not help to know the other things like improvement of their profit of the restaurant rather than this one.

D. Limitations of the Report

To complete this report I had to go through so many hard things. I had to finish my task that my job requires to do and at the same time, I had to work on my report. I had been busy at my working hour with lots of work, which make me puzzled sometimes. This is also a reason why I made some mistakes in my work. On the other hand, I had limited time from my manager to submit this report. It was difficult to give time to my family.
