Abstract

Synergetic Solutions are on the verge of making some big changes. Like most organizations they will have their ups and downs from going through new changes with current employees. First, this essay will discuss the internal and external forces of change. Second, it will discuss the factors that a leader would have to weigh to implement a change strategy successfully and describe change models the leader may have to employ. Third, it will list the resistances the leader can expect because of the changes and the strategies that he might use to employ to manage each of those areas of resistance.

Synergetic Solutions

Synergetic Solutions is a company that assembles and resells computer brands. They have a large number of staff and are well known throughout the country. Synergetic Solutions have been through several changes internally and externally. They produce a significant amount of revenues and products. Even though they have been successful in the past Synergetic is on the verge of make some new and better changes to increase the company overall. The CEO of the company is concerned about the well-being of the company and how to keep the company on top. This essay will discuss the internal and external forces of change for Synergetic Solutions. It will also discuss the factors a leader of this organization would need to weigh to implement a change of strategy successfully and describe the change models the leader might employ. Last, it will discuss the different types of resistances the leader might expect and list the strategies that might employ to manage each of the areas of resistance.

The CEO of Synergetic has implemented a plan to increase sales, revenue, and produce new products. First, he needed to come up with some internal changes for the company, which included the increase of sales and production.
