INTRODUCTION:
Managing good information, knowledge, records and data are the crucial process for a good management. Management information systems (MIS) is the process that provides information that are essential for an organisation to manage effectively and efficiently. There are three primary resources that are needed for managing information systems such as technology, information and consumers. The most important resource is the consumers. Information systems are one of the needed management in business process mostly in the internal control of an organisation which deals with all department of the business like finance, marketing and production. The information’s which gives an basic reflections of the consumers mind and their demands towards the products. The information’s plays an important role in decision making process. Management information system is very unique from other regular information systems they use to analyse other information system in operational activities in organisation. The term managing information systems use to group of different information managing methods like expert system, executive information systems and decision support system to supports the human decision. In olden days businesses and organisations the information’s are gathers manually mainly from accounting systems which has very limited and unstructured information.
