There are many ideas that a person can acquire, but I feel that these are the best because they help improve the management of human resources which include improving employee skills because improving their skills will upgrade productivity. It will also give your employees the skills to boost character, commitment, create an employee to be a tem player, and keep employees with good competence. Al of these skills will allow employees to deal with real life situations that came from their training they have done before they got on the job. Each employee is different because certain training goes for certain employees that have the job they are qualified for because the employees need to analyze the feedback to get the proper response. I have learned from past experience that businesses have an employee that has several photos of them on the wall that deals with them being employee of the month because of their outstanding performance while on the job. Incentive is the number one solution that will raise an employee’s moral to where they raise production because they want to be in the other employee’s position. Merit pay is good, but it does not measure up to incentive. I can say that the job I am on now decided to take our yearly bonus and put it towards a better cause which caused a number of concerns in the company. The concerns made the company’s production fall dramatically because of the hard work for nothing in return. I decided to choose labor relations and pay benefits to talk about in this essay.
