Club IT Part One

I am happy to do my intern at Club IT and help with their information needs. As I visited Club IT to check out the scenery. I started to have questions about the club and its clientele. Club IT has a young touch with a variety of music, food is nice and a dance floor. It is a nice spot for young people, especially college students. When viewing Club IT web site, the club is very much in need of Customer-Orientation Strategy. It will enhance the club’s technical needs; this will help Club IT abilities and clientele. While viewing their site they do have a mission statement that is nice and friendly and we can gear it toward the college students that we are trying to reach. I was able to access information on an employee portal and was able to see the club sales as well.

Club IT will attract the college students of this city, looking for high energy, fun nightclub to socialize and dance. Club IT expects to attract new customers to our community every week so our business will grow. There is an easy walking distance and a regular place where students gather to socialize in the evening.

With Club IT mission statement: “We, Ruben and Lisa, offer you live music, DJ’s, dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. You are our friends, and we seek to build a community that meets regularly at Club IT (Rainer).”

We want to concentrate on customers being happy to belong to the community. Club IT needs to focus on customers that will improve the business. Aiming particular at college students, this can be achieved. The merchandise the club sells should be geared toward college students and their behavior. Club IT should direct its resources to gather information about the behavior of the college students.
