Personal Communications Evaluation and Analysis

Personally speaking, I am a very creative person. I tend to develop knowledge in things that I am interested in, and grow with knowledge based on research and experiences. I try and educate myself and those around me and utilize my creativity to enhance my learning’s. I work well with others and giving them ideas to help them understand and grow based on what I can create and also what I know. I use the resources available, ask the right questions to other and seek advice in order to continue to learn. One of my biggest hardships or weaknesses is that fact that I take on “too much”, I tend to “bite off more than I can chew” so to speak. This being said, I people come to me; ask for guidance, advice or assistance in their challenges and I am always offering a helping hand. With this being said and as some or most would look at it as a positive, I tend to overwork and not be able to complete the things I need to complete on a day to day basis. I always put the needs of others first.

In order to use my creativity and continue to learn, grow and teach others about my thoughts, ideas and plans I have created a workshop once a month. This way I am able to enhance my creative side, and create a presentation for others to learn and refer back too. This will free up a lot of my time to continue to learn and grow, still develop ideas and plans for others and teach.

With my above referenced idea of generating a workshop for others; this will assist in two areas that I feel I need to improve in. These areas include; speaking in front of others (more than one or two individuals at a time) and also being able to create a “manual” type presentation which would allow me to enhance my writing and presentation abilities. I will write down my ideas, outline the importance of each one, brainstorm and elaborate and then begin my rough draft and eventually a final project which I will use as my presentation for my workshop along with...
