Plan for Positive Influence
In today’s business environment, it is essential for managers to understand their employee’s temperament. These aspects affect the organization’s productivities are build on trust, job motivation, attitudes, emotions, personalities, and values of the employees. Therefore, it is important for businesses go all-out to produce a plan that will recognize the value of their employee contribution to the organization. This paper will organize a plan to increase a team’s motivation, satisfaction, and emotion in the team compiled of a dominance style
“ Pioneer,” and two interactive styles “ Impresser,” and “ Enthusiast.”
To build a successful team with different background and personality styles, the team must build a trust relationship among the team members. “Trust is confidence, the absence of suspicion, confirmed by a track record and our ability to correct that track record” (). Therefore, if the team put trust among themselves, it will promote pride, and commitment within the team. As such, if a team interacts with honesty, openness, and respect with each other, they build up in each confident and secure each other with trust. The team members will have more pride and commitment toward the organization and themselves. “The word team usually refers to a small task group in which the members have a common purpose, interdependent roles, and complementary skills” (Yuki, 2006, p. 1).
To have an optimistic team environment, each team members should understand what aspects motivate them. Team motivation’s is an essential role in boosting efficiency and productivity in the team.
