Perfect Position Leadership Style Model

It is my privilege to be given the opportunity of determining a perfect position that is best suited to me and to be given a chance to determine the kind of leadership style model that best represents me and the best interests of the organization. Since our company is in a state of expansion and restructuring, a lot of employees are going through mixed feelings of insecurity, apprehension etc. My own leadership style has been to try to have a balance between being a task oriented and a people oriented leader. This sort of style also is that of a Transformational Leader. Working in this organization as a marketing coordinator for the past three years, it is my responsibly to make sure that the company is properly branded. At this time when the organization is going through a marked change, I would take control by being appointed VP of marketing and taking on the responsibility of researching the competitions tactics for success and be sure to compile a plan that is just as effective ore more effective as the completion. As a the head of marketing it is my job to form relationships with counterparts and the community to effectively gain work for the company in the end. By doing so I would try to bring the positive changes to my management who will implement the new plan throughout the company. I would not only be a leader who is concerned and involved in the process; rather also focused on helping every member of the group succeed as well. I would effectively give feedback to all employees in such a way that benefits the employee and encourages and facilitates good performance. As a Transformational Leader I will be able to inspire all employees to work to their utmost potential and that too in a willing manner.
