Thanks to high technologies and critical ideas, the global economy nowadays is changing fast and effectively. The global business is not only developing faster and faster but also becoming more and more violent. To compete and survive in this environment, we should consider many factors which affect directly or indirectly our organizations such as the competitors, the unstable markets, and so on. Moreover the culture is also one of the most important effects which strike the success and survival of organizations, especially for cross-border ones. Hence it is very necessary to comprehend different cultures in order adjust where organizations set up their offices.

According to economic experts, communication is related with culture most through language and belief among people who are co-operating each other. A country which has the language spoken popularly in many other countries will have more strong advantages in the developed international interactions. Besides belief also makes people become accustomed to a lot of different cultures. The way people share belief together in certain rules, values, behaviors and attitudes is regarded as norm of the culture. Both of above factors help people understand their point of view and have positive effect on communication among them. Thus, they play an important role in conveying culture or ethnicity from country to country in the cultural multiplicity.

In over the world, each culture has each own particular characteristic. All have the same right which all of people must respect and complement accurately. However, few countries think their cultures are the most essential and superior compared to the others. What is available in their countries will also be implemented in others.
