Three-Day Exercise Activity Analysis

My exercise analysis will be covered in this paper. I will describe what my current exercise habits are, credited minutes, and expended calories total. The everyday changes that I might make to increase the amount of energy expended in my day-to-day activities will be explained. The types of amounts of exercises that would work best for me and whether or not they can be performed year-round will be discussed last.

My current exercise habits remain the same on a daily. I perform all my exercises at night after dinner around 8:30 pm when thing are calm. I accomplish a one hour work that is consists with aerobic exercise that will slowly in internals increase my heart rate. The Insanity program is based on a schedule and each day I perform a different type of exercise. These exercises consist of 10 minutes of warming the muscles up, then 10 minutes of stretching, 30 minutes of internal training, and finishing off with 10 minutes of stretching the muscles.

As per the SuperTracker, I burned a total of 683 calories per day by exercising for one hour which is determined as a total of 125 moderate intensity equivalent (MIE) minutes each day (United States Department of Agriculture, n.d.). During the three day period, I burned a total of 2,049 calories, exercised for three hours, and my moderate intensity is 360 minutes. The target moderate intensity equivalent for a week was 150 minutes; however, I feel accomplish since I met my goal and worked harder than required.[pic]

There are multiple things I could include to my everyday activities to disburse additional energy. A change I would make to use energy is to start parking my vehicle toward the end of the parking lot rather than close to the door, so that I have the exercise by walking a longer distance.
