INTRODUCTION

This project report pertains to starting up of Goat Farm Unit at Sawantwadi, Maharashtra. The basic purpose of the farm is to supply the goat meats to Goa, Maharashtra and Karnataka States. The farm is intended to rear the goat in the category of “Malabari Goats”. Malabari goats inhabit the Calicut, Kannur, Waynad and Malappuram districts of Kerala, India.
