Kroger is a local service that I frequently use. The business model for this company is composed of the business commerce, business occupation, and business organization. Sales of products for a customer’s everyday use. As well as the people they hire to stock the shelves and the management that focuses on the task’s they use to reach the goals that have been set are some examples that will be talked about in the following.

First, we start with the business commerce. The business commerce is the process of which they get the supplies and services to conduct business. They communicate with producers and services to get the items needed to stock the shelves. They research different companies to to provide the best product and services to their customers.

Next, would be the business occupation. This consist of the people that are employed for their specialized skills and abilities. For example the specialized skills and abilities that are needed to provide service for people with needs in certain areas of the store. Examples being the bakery, the meat section, the pharmacy, and the stockers they employ so customers get the services that are needed.

Finally, the business organization. The system task and the relationships which coordinate and controls to get to the common goals set for the company. The business manager and the store manager are the main people that coordinate and control the tasks and relationships between the business and customers to obtain the goals planned to be met. The business manager coordinates the tasks to take so that the business portion of the services provided are met to meet the goals of the company. The store manager builds the relationships between the customers to ensure that sells are met to reach the goals that the company has set.

So in conclusion, the business system of a company is very important to achieving the goals set by the company. The business commerce, business...
