The Meaning of Life

To be a person, it means to have your own, moral conscience. A person has daily thoughts, emotions, and acts that define them as a human being. A person is one with a soul, and a working brain. The most prominent source from which I came to believe this is probably my grandfather. He and my father are the ones who took the time to discuss and easily explain the logic idea of a human being, and even about religion and morality.

I am a mentally strong and smart person. I would consider myself as a good athlete. If I was trying to describe how I am to another person, I’d say that I am usually goofy, but sometimes serious. I would also say that I am very friendly and nice to all of my companions. I treat everyone well, although I am a straightforward individual. I learned all this information from mostly personal experiences, such as: playing sports, having conversations with friends, and basically just living life. I have also heard many adults that I am a hard-working student, and a pleasure to have in class.

In my opinion, our existence has no great meaning, other than the fact of trying to reach for Heaven. Thinking about life, I came to an obvious conclusion that all lives end at some point. So what was the purpose of being put on this planet if we couldn’t just directly go with our Father, and have a great life with all of our peers? People become famous and widely known just to finally come to an end point of their human journey, and all of that work is used to just support other people whose lives will also end. I’ve thought out this question a few times and cannot come to a final thought of life having an important meaning.

If life is a journey, our final destination is salvation with God. We will get there by striving to life our lives by the Ten Commandments, and using our God-given minds to live morally.
