Introduction

The Term “replenishment” is defined as filling again by supplying what has been used up. Replenishment is also a process that occurs regularly and must be done regularly. A stock within a business has to be replenished so the items are there when needed. Tracking of the used supplies should be performed so that the office won’t run out of stocks.

On banking industries, staples, envelopes, pastes, and toner are the basic things an employee’s need in order for them to complete the task. Their task wouldn’t be done without these supplies, so an urgent replacement of stocks must be done. In our department which is the Accounting center, their employee’s deal with the other branches transaction, they also have to photocopy all of those transactions, receipts, checks which mean they will be using bond paper’s and a Xerox machine to copy it, after copying they have to file it up which means they need a staples and a fastener, if they run out of this supplies they wouldn’t be able to file it up and send these checks to its destination,they also need an envelope to send it within the branches. The process is ongoing if one of these items is not on hand the process might be broken and the task will not be accomplished, so our goal of this study is how will an employer prevent this situation to happen.

Background of the study

The study talks about what are the factors might affect to the employee’s by the poor replacement of supplies of the office of the Land Bank of the Philippines. Especially now that it is ending of the year a lot of supplies is required to be used specially the Xerox machines and bond papers. The task might not be passed on time, the process will not continue unless the supplies Is there.
