BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH Franco Cicero Doctor Nadal was born on the 3rd day December, 1984 in Quezon City. Niko, as called by his family, was second among three children of their loving parents Benedict Nadal and Marietta Doctor Nadal. Franco finished his primary education in Christian School International where he graduated with distinction. He finished his secondary education in South Hill School Incorporated. In this phase of his life, he learned and experienced a lot of things that made him grow and improve himself as a person. Moreover, he engaged in extracurricular activities where his social skills and public relations were developed. He also excelled in sports and was a member of the schools’ soccer varsity. In his continuous pursuit for knowledge, he entered the University of the Philippines Los Baños pursuing BS Computer Science degree. But after having changes in interests he shifted to BS Agricultural Economics major in Agricultural Marketing and Prices. During college, because of the hunger for skills and experience that cannot be solely learned in the four corners of the classroom, Franco joined the UPLB Tau Gamma Phi. His active participation in the activities of the fraternity has given him the opportunity to be the Master Keeper of the chest or the fraternity’s treasurer. Franco plans to put up an agricultural business along with his friends as to practice the knowledge and skills that he has acquired in college.
