|action in your company. We will discuss why and when it should be put into effect and who should it cover and why. |

Affirmative action should be required at every company and should always be force. But I can see why some companies don’t have affirmative action at their place of business. But your company should have it. The reason I state this is because it would keep your company from many lawsuit and complaints from employees and employers. Having affirmative action helps make sure that the company has a positive workforce for everyone regardless of their race, sex, gender, color, and etc. It also keeps the company safe if they have had any past discrimination charges filed against them in the past. It makes the company safe and gives everyone a fair chance at work. So who ever walks in the door can have a chance at a job regardless of age, sex, gender, etc?
