* Through the course we have learned how to apply and use our critical thinking to make decisions. Knowing that there are several techniques and formulas to decision making we can take that information and apply it to the brainstorming that is needed to start a new and thriving company. Knowing this country doesn’t have the skills, technology and other important resources to assist in improving their economy, its cultures and its people it’s up to Nik, Alex and Chris to show their work. In this paper i will explain the factors this company implements to make their plan work, evaluate the resources within the country their resources brought to the country and ways they can implement them to work. I will also discuss solutions from the stakeholders involved and how they play a major role within building this new venture.

Some of the factors that effect the decision making process negatively are the disasters that Kava suffers from regularly. Kava suffers from Tidal waves/tsunami, Typhoons/Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Flood, Fires, Volcanic eruptions, Earthquakes, HIV/Aids, Petroleum spills, High risk for avian Flu and Terrorism, from within and outside the country. At this point Kava is not financially equipped to handle such disasters in a timely manner that will not cause their economy to crash. In most cases countries such as Kava rely on the funds of other countries to assist them with the necessaties needed to survive after such disasters. Kava will be an asset during times like this if they are successful and taken in by Kava’s people because they are there to profit and will have the money to assist during disaster and hopefully help in rebuilding their country and providing funds and jobs for the economy.
