- influences the way we receive information around the world (can take precautions against worldwide diseases)

- Human relationships: allowed humans to maintain r/s eg. American troops deployed

- companies can communicate with global offices like Skype, conduct online interviews with potential employees (better talent sourced)

Environment: remains an important agent to reverse the effect
