Dear Raymon,

First of all, I want to express to you the beautiful job you did with Nya’s wedding. She and I were both so happy with the outcome of all the preparations. Your work is beautiful and imaginative. Although we were both happy with the final outcome of the wedding preparations and decorations, I do have some concerns regarding the final total amount you have billed to me. After thoroughly reviewing your itemized bill, I have compared it to my estimated total. I say estimated, because throughout the process I continuously asked for prices and never received a full response. Your total you gave me was $6210.87. My estimated total is as follows:

Mother of the Bride Dress               $  350.00  (That was your original estimate)

Fitting for the Bride                           $  100.00  (4 trips at $25)

Tiara                                                    $  100.00  (Estimate you gave Nya)

Garters                                                   $    40.00  ($24/keepsake & $15/throw)

Flower girl basket                               $    50.00  (Which you can have back for a discount)

Ring bearer pillow                              $    50.00

Gift card Box                                       $    75.00

Flowers                                                $1800.00  (The florist that gave us the quote said

                                                                               $2500 & that included centerpieces &

                                                                               setup)

Venue setup/Take down                  $1000.00  (16 hours @ $50 plus a $200 gratuity)

Total                                                     $3565.00

Difference $2645.87

After reviewing you bill, I have evaluated the differences I am concerned with:

Centerpiece arrangements and mirror (21 at $40 = $840): I was under the impression we were borrowing these mirrors as you said...
