Organizing/Administration of the functions of the office of the President, including but not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to the President, and other executive leadership team members; following up on action items; preparing for leadership meetings; preparing complex and detailed correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, metrics, business plans, etc.

• Assists President with telephone calls, preparation of expense reports, payment of bills, drafting and editing written communications, etc.

• Manage all aspects of the President and Executive Team travel schedule and itineraries.

• Prepare, submit and track expense reports.

• Displays extreme attention to detail and ability to coordinate and provide administrative support to multiple Executives.

• Act as liaison to other Departments, including HCC’s international teams, and with outside agencies and organizations.

• Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate departments.

• Serve as event coordinator and oversee all office functions, to include, but not limited to executive meetings/retreats, luncheons, and other corporate celebrations.

• Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

• Communicates in a clear and articulate manner.

• Provide leadership for the corporate office and others by emulating the proper values and appropriate behavior especially since the role is perceived by others as an extension of the President and the executive leadership team.

• Demonstrate knowledge of policies, practices, business theories and systems while demonstrating ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

• Communicate with co-workers regarding safety instructions. Must be able to think clearly and focus on safety in immediate surroundings, while properly using equipment as instructed.

• Other duties that make the company and management team more efficient and productive, as assigned.
