Abstract
Cross-Functional Teams have played a critical role with regard to leading and directing the development and integration of supply chain management within organizations. Using a diverse mix of personnel within an organization helps senior managers achieve their objective. As organizations create new products it is a benefit to have a Cross-Functional team established in your organization to provide managers the necessary input during the production process.
