Our therapists identify areas of pain and stiffness. Using trigger point therapy and soft tissue manipulation, they relieve these areas, decreasing pain and restoring normal motion.

Cost: $60, 1 hour

Hand/Foot Massage

Incorporating Reflexology techniques, this massage uses pressure point therapy to increase circulation, relieve stress, and enhance well-being.

Cost: $50, 50 minutes

Swedish Massage

A traditional massage using long strokes to improve circulation and promote relaxation.

Cost: $50, 1 hour

Deep Tissue Massage

Using deeper strokes, our therapists release knotted muscles and improve range of motion.
