1. Introduction

This report is written according to the theory in the book “Change without Pain” for the course change management. In this book, the author, Eric Abrahamson, explains how the companies can manage and adapt to the necessary changes they have to go through so as to they can compete in the always changing business environment. The aim of this report is to show how in real, a company force to do changes in the organization. Firstly we will discuss the relation and background of the two companies. After that this report will presents, which kind of problems faced the company and how the changes have made to solve the problem. At the end, we will mention, what kind of problems occurred after the implementation of change with the conclusion of the whole report.
