This is the essay Topic:

The Millennium Development Goal is crafted and adopted at a multilateral level, as project for 2015. Less than two years left, many states in the continent are still far behind the set targets. This new project as a global initiative simply represents one of the serious of developmental experiments launched since the Second World War. This project is agreed upon despite the range of contentious issues in development thinking and practice. Critically discuss the ways in which this project is conceptualised and adopted globally and specifically in the African continent. Your essay also should explore and comment on the chosen indicators, measurements, deliverables and associated problems.
