Gsquared Medical and Adler Instruments Sign Distribution Agreement for Retentus(Tm) Pannus Retractor

Nashville, TN - The agreement is an important step in GSquared Medical's strategy to expand its product technology to the market. The agreement between Adler Instruments and GSquared Medical ensures the availability of the pannus retractor to the med-surg market.

Retentus™ Pannus Retractor: A pannus retraction system designed to provide better care for the high BMI patient and improve safety for the clinician.

The Retentus™ retractor is cost-effective and utilized to position the high BMI patient to secure the pannus during medical and surgical procedures, which applies and removes quickly. Retentus™ frees up personnel and minimizes the possibility of staff injury related to manipulating and holding up the pannus inter-operatively. Application is subtle, thereby minimizing embarrassment to the patient. Private payer reimbursement to the hospital has been established.
