Now taken to juvenile hall to me with a probation
At the pretrial Xander has now pled guilty to PENAL CODE
SECTION 25400 carrying a concealed weapon
At the depositional hearing it was ruled for Xander to be placed in a treatment program known as the jeopardy program
Xander is now detained in juvenile hall awaiting his pretrial
At Xander’s detention hearing the judge decided to detain him until his pretrial hearing considering he is assumed to be a threat having had a concealed weapon on him

Dear Honorable Judge Keller,
I am speaking in regards of Xander L. who is a young man just about to enter into adulthood. Xander lives in the housing projects which are known to be highly crime infested. Xander has faced many issues in his early childhood when it comes to the court system. This is because he has been influenced by the wrong crowd meaning the gang that he is in. Xander has grown up without a father which forced him to have to look for his mother for the support of being both parents. However Xander mother has two jobs to support her family and basically has to neglect her child even though it is very clear that the love from Xander’s mother.
