1. Introduction

This reflective report will take a deep insight into my time at Nottingham Trent studying an undergraduate degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. Through completing this report, I will have more of an understanding of myself as a whole and help to give myself some guidance into what I really want to do, alongside a well thought through action plan to take with me as I leave university. The aims of this assignment is to show knowledge of a chosen profession and to have a real understanding of issues in leadership and employability. I Will look into gaining an understanding and appreciation for social, economic and environmental sustainability issues within a workplace, and finally I shall reflect critically on my achievements of NTU’s graduate attributes alongside my employability. As Wye and Lim (2003) stated that the employability of a graduate is often largely referred to as the ability of a graduate to possess a list of factors such as certain skills, attitudes and knowledge that the company desires. Hence why it is important to critically reflect on my time spent at university and on myself.
