Subject: Delay on New Release Video Game

After our conversation regarding the quality of the company’s new release video game, I have done some research and am recommending that we delay the original release date of the product. This video game has several new features the other series currently do not have. The video game also have new maps and challenges to the video game competitors. The game itself is nearly two times longer than the current game series. The regular price is $59, but the introductory price will be $49.99 for a limited time only.

This will allow us to provide a much greater quality of the video game with the delay. This will also acquire a greater range of customers with the introductory rate that will last for two weeks. Because our current video game have a bug in the quality, the delay will also give us a chance to correct the issue to create a better quality product.

I am confident that the Executive board will have no problem approving this delay with the quality control departments game standards. The finance department have already allocated the funds for this fiscal year. However, you will need to call an immediate meeting at our usual marketing department after approval is made.
