I just want to put out there, that no matter what issues/problems come about when you are growing up, they should never stop your from what you want to do. Growing up I had ADHD severely. I was always in low/co-taught classes in elementary and middle school, my desk was always by itself. I can say I practically raised my self majority of my child hood and taught my self everything I know and do now. Right now I'm on the deans list in college, finishing my Math course a month early and always ahead on all of my work. I go to the gym on a regular basis and I eat a healthy diet and I am in the best shape of my life. I can say from my experience of my childhood growing up pushed to different family members because I was what some people say "bad" and "annoying." I have came through a lot and went through way more then most kids will ever go through and that I never let anything stop me from being successful like the way I am now. People may not know this and most people don't, having ADHD will never go away, there is no cure for it. You yourself have to learn to cope with it and learn to deal with it and it is one of the biggest struggles life can throw at you because it affects every little thing you do. But learning to deal with it and fight every minute on the minute to not let it affect your life is one of the biggest things people with ADHD can do. Thanks for supporting special education, auitism, and ADHD Awereness month.
