My Reaction
I believe that my results would be different if I were in a different situation. If I was working at a job that I did not like then I would have a lower score; however, I believe that in a few years from now my scores would be exactly the same as they are now. I am not surprised at my results. This assessment can impact leadership because everybody has a different way of displaying their skills as a leader. There are really bad leaders and there are great leaders. Being in the military allows me to see the bad and good styles of leadership.

My Reaction
I am not surprised with my results and my co worker’s results for me. I tend to grade myself harder and over analyze situations. It is good that one of my peers thinks this way about me. I feel that I know my leadership style and it works. I also know that I have a lot more work to do to be where I want to be. I am only 28 years old, so I still have a little bit more time to figure things out. I would really like to improve on my stamina, self objectivity and confidence.
