The author believes in respect. There needs to be a standard for individuals, for example nurses need to respect their supervisor, the supervisor need to respect assistance director, the assistance director needs to respect the director, etc. A good management in the workplace needs to follow a change of command. It is crucial to have respectful change of command in the organization. The author has the ability to manage others in the workplace. He has learned about self-concept, self- awareness, and emotion intellect which can benefit any individual if he tries. He has learned that he was not using any of this techniques before the assessment, but was relying on what he saw other supervisor, leaders do in the organization. People use different tatics in the workforce, and not all of them are successful. I have seen staff gossip about leaders and supervisors because they were rude or unable to express their feelings.

In conclusion the author is learned secrets of proper management. It does not take skills but simple knowledge about one self to really understand others and their feelings. The author believes there needs to be proper, dignifying human interaction to be a successful leader.
