1. Dreamhorse.com is a website similar to exchangehunterjumper.com. They both have ads for horses. They differ because EHJ is a more updated website. It is more user friendly and there is more personalization on the site for customers. Dreamhorse.com looks like Craigslist while exchangehunterjumper.com has a warmer feeling to it and it is a more attractive site.

2. I feel like their Facebook page and their YouTube page is what really helped them. They were able to connect with buyers and sellers while showcasing the horses with videos on their YouTube page. They also were able to post pictures of the horses on the Facebook page. They also utilized RSS feeds to keep buyers and sellers updated.

1. Square offers a great value to customers by offering a way to take credit card payments with a smartphone. It is easy to do and since people don’t really carry cash with them anymore it makes it a lot easier. I personally use Square for my business and it makes things easier. The payment goes straight to my bank account within 1-2 days. The only downside I can see to this is that the money is not readily available after the transaction. You have to wait a few days

2. AT&T and Verizon would already have the software pre-loaded on smart phones and can offer incentives that google simply cannot. Google may have phone software; they are only part of the market. In today’s society it is all about convenience

3. PayPal is one of the most convenient and trusted ways to transact purchases online and to send money to other people. PayPal also has a service similar to Square. This way they can utilize all of your business transactions instead of a small portion. The only downside I see to this is that they are controlling all of your transactions.
