Marshall Gordon International is a global Public Relations (PR) firm and was a major force in the PR sector throughout the US, Europe, Asia and South Africa in the early 2000’s. A pR firm is engaged in managing the spread of information between individuals, organizations or the public. For over 125 years, Marshall & Gordon grew to be well-known for providing several services such as protection of client, brand and product reputation. PR firms and employees focus on building a positive image for their clients by using various written and electronic media sources. By adding services and a wider range of options to their portfolios, the firm was able to offer clients new and better ways to maintain success.

The firm did well in the 1990’s, but with the industry becoming more competitive in the new millennium, Marshall & Gordon’s management needed to explore other options for strategy in order to maintain their dominant position in the market.
