Intake Officer | The Central Intake Officer conducts intake interviews, gathers case information and makes recommendations about case management. The CIO is on call to determine whether youth brought to the Polk County Juvenile Central Intake Center will be detained. The CIO also supervises youth on Informal Adjustment agreements, refers youth and families for services and manages Interstate Compact cases.
