The Cassia Wilkings Group LLC is a unique entity that offers clients a global “portal” for the design, development and operation of luxury hospitality, entertainment and lifestyle assets, in any combination of services. TCWG was founded by Jean-Paul Cassia and Michael Wilkings as a global development management consultancy specialising in the conceptualisation, financial analysis, branding, design, development and operation of bespoke projects of distinction. The TCWG team has over 75 years of combined experience delivering enduring contemporary designs and lifestyle venues, with over 200 luxury projects completed on five continents. Our technical skills, management expertise and design experience is supported by our intimate market knowledge and continuous research of global hospitality and lifestyle trends. Our principals each have a vast network of professional and social contacts with property owners, developers, fashion and restaurant brands, clubs, public bodies, agents, specialist consultants, and iconic entertainment pioneers. A few examples of TCWG’s award-winning projects include the conception, development and operations of one of the world’s most successful nightclubs, “Juliana’s Tokyo”, through the planning and execution of the retail and foodservice operations at the Los Angeles Olympic Games, to managing the development of the Cipriani dining and entertainment complex adjacent to the Formula One circuit on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
