Significance of the study

The Study of Library Management System of Ramon Duterte National High School

benefits the following:

Librarian: The system would provide the librarian the convenience in organizing the library.

The librarian will just input the data required by the system.

School: The study solves the problem on their library by using Library Management System

and improves their ways in keeping track of users.

Students/User: This study provides the users on overview on the study of library system.

Researchers: This study gives them an automated system, which will develop their skills and learn

more about in system analysis design and programming.

Methods and Techniques

The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a conceptual model used in project management that describes the stages involved in an information system development project, from an initial feasibility study through maintenance of the complicated application .Documentation is crucial regardless of the type of model chosen or devised for any application, and is usually done in parallel with the development process. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) on the other hand is used to make the design of the system. The Data Modeling is a process used to define and analyze data requirements needed to support the business process within the scope of corresponding information system in organizations.

Tools

The researchers use the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 it is a free development tool just for windows. Operating System (OS) and a license it is used for creating new system software. It was developed by Microsoft that is lightweight versions of Microsoft Visual Studio. The researchers used Microsoft SQL for database.
