Project Costing

We will be discussing the cost incurred on the resources used at the time of planning of a project. The decisions drawn on implementing that, procuring the finance, the available alternatives, back up plans, management quality techniques to success a completion of project are discussed in brief here with. The cost of project is all that representing the total outlay which involves long term funds. The cost on development of the site will be included in cost of project. By estimating these costs one can benefits at optimum utilization of resources as well as minimizing the costs. Two types of costs are included while estimating for project resources. Direct costs are direct in nature including salaries, travel costs, contract costs, etc. Indirect costs are the costs relating to labor costs, administrative costs, etc.

The HR Resource Deployment project will entail the use of 9 resource genres that will make up the organizational structure of the project rollout. These resources include:

* Project Manager

* Network Administrator I

* Deployment Administrator

* Desktop Administrator

* Database Administrator

* Test Q/A Analyst

* Workspace Coordinators

* Management

* Education/Training Lead

The HR Resource Development project timeline will range from July 10, 2015 to October 11, 2013, covering a span of 3 months of total planning and execution. Duration estimates were derived from the estimated time of acquiring buy-in from stakeholders, establishment of each project process, compilation of all major milestones, and the projection of planned instance durations. Estimates were applied through past experience, compiled project data, and the collaboration of stakeholders.
