Life Coaching: One Persons’ Journey

Kari, I have been thinking about what you had said the other day at dinner about being overwhelmed. Your school work, housework and time with the family all have put you in a totally chaotic state. You are not alone in feeling this way; many people who are trying to accomplish their goals and take on the challenges of life are going through this. I have also experienced this same problem when I chose to go back to college and get my degree. Many people like us found help by seeking out the assistance of a life coach.

A life coach is someone who will help you get your life back; they are not a therapist and will not solve your problems. Life Coaches give you the tools needed to gain control over your situation and guide you through the process. I have been empowering people like you for many years. I am not saying that your problems are text book; everyone’s situation is different just like everybody is different. You have taken the first and the hardest step by asking me to help you; together we will overcome the chaos and get you back in charge of your life.

A journey to change one’s life is not an easy one; courage is the key to success. We will have to face many obstacles that will seem too tough to rise above to achieve the end goal. This is where you must find that inner strength, the driving force to push forward. Remember you are taking this journey so that you can achieve your educational goals while still being a mom, a wife, and have time for yourself. The first challenge will be the toughest and seem almost impossible to accomplish because you never did this before. Through time these challenges will get easier and easier to triumph over because you will have the tools necessary to defeat them. I will teach you how to list your priorities, organize your days and attain the results that you are seeking.
