Lesson Title: The Cat in the Hat Time: 15 Minutes
A. Module Performance Objective: The students will design a cat in the hat by using different color crayons

I. Lecture: The students will have a discussion about The Cat In The Hat , who is Dr. Seuss, and what does this day represents
II. Demonstration: The students will use different color crayons (blue, red white, etc.) to create The Cat in the Hat
III. Identify: What does The Cat in the Hat have to do with Dr. Seuss

-Create the Cat in the Hat with their choice of color
D. Outline Lesson Concept (Subject Matter):
1. The students will tell me what they know about Dr. Seuss
2. The students will write their name on the paper
3. The students will color The Cat in the Hat
Introduction: Hi, my name is Lulu today you will be coloring the cat in the hat. Do you know who Dr. Seuss is? (Student answers) Okay let’s get started
