Topic #1I would deliver the presentation as planned because I believe that the higher boss should know and be aware of what is going on at this national company. The boss should know that the employees feel that they are working hard, and also the boss should know that the management in this company does not care about customer service. The presentation should be delivered on time because everyone including the boss’s boss should know all about the negative results because by doing that anyone that is responsible whether it was the vice president or the managers can be held accountable for these results. Similarly, the boss should know about the positive results as well.

Some other alternatives are: delivering the presentation on time, but without stating the negatives results, but when boss leaves they should discuss the negative results with the management team, then take make the needed changes based on the outcome of the surveys.
