A. Company Analysis

WandaSauce, Inc. is a startup company focused on making unique sauces that are a combination between condiment, sauce and ingredient. Founded by Shirin Behnia, Mitra Pkdaman, Alipasha Shoari, Ladan Behnia; the company has a great foundation for success. Dr. Ladan Behnia (CEO) graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Behnia has previously created and established a successful business with Miratech Holdings, Inc., a software company. Miratech Holdings, Inc. is now serving Fortune 500 companies and other major government agencies. They have also started ABC Nationwide which is an Alternative Energy Company which has also had a great success rate. Another of the founders, Mitra Pakdaman has also had success starting her own company alongside her family named Georgia Honey Farm, an all-natural honey production and distribution company that began in their back yard. Presently, Georgia Honey Farm is now available at major retailers such as Whole Foods, Costco, and Ralphs with recent sales expanding them into overseas distribution. With the education that each person holds, it will befit the new start up WandaSauce, Inc. Company because there is already knowledge of what direction needs to be taken, and what the retailers need to see in order to take on the product and place it in their stores. As a company WandaSauce’s vision is to become as widely distributed as ketchup. The company’s values are encompasses in four main points; high quality, unique flavors, originality, continuing to stay organic/ non-GMO. For WandaSauce, Inc. their slogan is “Enhancing something in the United States, through other’s religion.” With the headquarters located in Los Angeles, the company has created a product that is organic, non-GMO, using only local ingredients, with unique flavors, uses no preservatives.
