Environmental scan
Upon the completion of the environmental scan, it has been determined that Tanglewood could possibly have a problem with filling vacancies in the future. There are a variety of reasons for this. The data from the scan shows that the available managerial positions can be filled by the current pool of available candidates. The current hiring standards has the employees starting from a base store associate and they must work their way into other positions in the organization or store.
