ESRB or Entertainment Software Rating Board is a regulatory organization that enforce ratings, advertising guideline, and privacy in the gaming industry. This article sums up why the ESRB gave a rating of “Maturity” in the Grand Theft Auto: V. this gives the reason why and what aspect of the video game made it and it was also discussed what the criteria are set. This is relevant to the presentation because those criteria should be discussed on why this type of video game influences children in a violent manner.

Grand Theft Auto was known for its violence, GTA presents different kinds of weapons that are used throughout the game, and in this article there were many incidences of violence (especially in the United States) where the game leads to greater aggression when human is exposed for hours and hours. According to the article, games like Grand Theft Auto for some people are used to escape the reality by breaking the rules. This section is relevant to the presentation because this shows the effects of violent video games to human.
