Methods of Promoting Company on Internet

As we are Hong Kong Disneyland, we want to attract more students and working people as our customer. I am going to propose four internet services that are essential to enable efficient communication with customers and internal staff.

1. Facebook

This is a free social software and it has more than 0.2 billion people are using this software. We can make fan page in Facebook and we can gain followers by promote and advertise the fan page on Facebook. We can share our latest news on the fan page and we can promote new programs on the fan pages. Facebook also allow people to upload photos and videos on the pages. We can also connect with the customers through the chat room or comment board on Facebook.

2. Website

This is free software. We can create a website on the internet and the website is our own website. We can add any function and information into the website. We can share the latest news on the website. We can also add a function that let the customers comment to us. The website can create as our own style. This might attract more customers come and visit our website.

3. Mailing list

More than a billion people have at least an email address. Customers can sign up a email address in many website, such as google, yahoo, Hotmail etc. Mailing list can handle a huge number of customers. We can send customers an email when we have updated news. It is easy to manage. It can send to a lot of customers in one time as it is very fast.

4. You Tube Channel

You Tube is the biggest video sharing website in the world. We can upload promoting videos onto the website and everyone can watch the videos. You Tube have a function is let the people rate the video, they can either like or dislike. The rate reflected rather the video is famous or not, we can get improve through this function.
