Xerox Organizational Structure

Xerox is a company dedicated to innovation, service, and giving customers the freedom to focus on their business. They are the world’s leading enterprise for business process and document management. In 2014, they generated an annual revenue of over $19 billion. This success comes through management and leadership. When people believe they can make a difference in an organization, they are more motivated and effective at their jobs. That is why Xerox commits to fostering open communication between employees and management ("2014 Report On Global Citizenship", 2015). Xerox is a company that values commitment and growth in the organization providing opportunities for employees to develop as leaders and move into leadership positions as employee careers progress. The Chief Executive Officer herself worked her way from an internship. The success of the Xerox organizational structure shows in their financials and employee satisfaction ratings of 73%.

Each year the CEO and senior team members conduct reviews of a group of diverse leaders who are poised to assume key management roles.
