The Walt Disney Corporation has established their company by creating a great culture with espoused values that align with its enacted values. The employees at Disney take pride in their work and demonstrate the corporate culture. The Disney’s organizational behavior, diversity, and structure have enforced, through role modeling, business implementations. Walt Disney started his company with a goal to produce a visual entertainment; the Disney Company today offers consumer products, resorts, television stations, animation departments, and motion picture organizations. All these amusements have espoused their values such as quality, innovation, storytelling, optimism, and decency. The Company’s values were created in order to teach the working members of the company to practice and apply these values to reach their goals throughout humanity. The Company’s espoused values seem to be directly in line with its inacted values which shows their constant recognition of them when creating their amazing products. As with any big Company, there will be conflict withen the communication, which seems to be sucessful in the Disney World.

Disney is one of the foundation of American culture and is one of the largest media companies in the world (Contemporary Youth Culture, 2005) . As the company started to pick up, Walt Disney’s inventions became an instant success. Walt created a sense of community in his parks by resembling his buildings to towns and cities. He focused on his employees and trained them to treat each person as a guest in his home. His optimistic themes attracted everyone regardless of age. A few years ago when my family and I visited the Florida Walt Disney Parks, we noticed that every cast member was very friendly, passionate, and helpful.
